Here’s a blend of ground spices designed for barbecue or to add to your sauce.
It’s especially good on meat casseroles, dressings, eggs and cheese dishes.

BEAU MONTE (SB4) 
This blend of three spices, which contains salt and sugar,
is excellent in soups and chowders.

BOUQUET GARNI
A blend of herbs used in soups and stews.

CAJUN SEASONING
WITH SALT FOR BEEF AND CHICKEN 

This exciting combination of spices and seasonings is used for blackening
and for adding authentic Cajun flavor to cooked or smoked beef and chicken. Ground only.

CAJUN SEASONING
WITH SALT FOR FISH
This authentic Cajun seasoning for fish, both shelled and un-shelled,
is used for blackening. It has a Louisiana history dating back to the French.
It’s hot and tangy with a true sense of bayou cooking. Ground only.

CARIBBEAN PEPPER
This combination of distinctive robust peppers, spices and cardamom
creates an exotic island flavor.

CELERY SALT
You can be creative with this one. For starters, It’s wonderful on cooked green vegetables and potatoes.

CHESAPEAKE BAY SEASONING
This is especially good on any creature that comes from the bay and the dishes
you make from them, from crab cakes to rockfish. Try it with your next tuna creation.

CHICKEN SEASONING
Don’t limit this one to chicken. It can be used generously to cook
whatever you want to season, from chicken to potato logs.

CHILI POWDER
A ground blend of peppers, herbs and spices, this is your basic
seasoning for Mexican cooking.

CHINESE 5-SPICE POWDER
This is an exotic blend of seasonings used primarily in Chinese cooking.

CINNAMON SUGAR      
Use this on cinnamon toast, in pies, baked apples, cooking and many other sweet goods.

CRAB AND SHRIMP SPICE WITH SALT
This ingenious combination of seven tangy spices is hot, for those of us who like a
zip to our shrimp or crab. Add to water when boiling or steaming shellfish.

CREOLE SEASONING 
New Orleans "other" favorite seasoning. Use it with tomatoes and the
"holy trinity" of chopped celery, onions and bell peppers or as a rub on meats.

CURRY POWDER 
Here’s a ground blend of as many as 20 spices, designed it give the characteristic flavor
of Indian curry cookery. Use it in rice, eggs, vegetables, fish and meats.
Try a dash in clam and fish chowders. Hot or mild.

ITALIAN SEASONING
A combination of spices and herbs used in Italian cookery. Excellent on salads, in soups,
stews, pizza or when making spaghetti sauce whether red or white. The perfect crouton seasoning.

JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING
Warning: Very hot! Another grilling spice for those who like to breathe fire.

ITALIAN SAUSAGE SEASONING  
A complete blend of spices for Italian sausage. If a hot sausage
is desired, add red pepper to taste.

MEAT TENDERIZER PAPAYA 
The milky fluid secreted by the green papaya fruit is dried, purified and ground to a powder.
For best results. Puncture meat with a fork. Contains salt.

Meat tenderizer seasoned with herbs and spices. Contains salt.

MIXED SPICES
Pickling spices. When pickling cucumbers, the only spice you need to add in addition
to this mix is fresh cloves of garlic. Mixed spices are very tasty on roast pork. These are whole spices.

MONTREAL SEASONING 
Quickly becoming one of our most popular spice blends. Use it generously on fish,
fowl and meats. Great with mixed vegetables and try it on potatoes.

MULLING SPICES  
No winter holiday is special without them. Used for centuries in mulled cider, juice or wine.
These whole spices are beautiful to look at - cardamom, cinnamon sticks,
nutmeg, orange peel - and are also good as a room deodorizer when cooking.1/4 lb. Makes 10 gallons.

NO-SALT SEASONING
Use this combination of herbs instead of salt in your shaker, as advised by the American Heart Association.

ONION SALT
Sometimes, this is all it needs.
